By accessing www.hpalive.shop, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.


2. About HPAlive

HPAlive sells white-label nutritional supplements and offers the 90-Day Accountability Program — a fully asynchronous personal accountability coaching program. We are not a medical provider, dietitian, or licensed healthcare professional.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from HPAlive. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications, consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any supplement product.


4. Products — Supplements

Our supplements (FOUNDATION — Creatine Hydration, RESTORE — Magnesium Glycinate, BUILD — Whey Protein Isolate, GLOW — Collagen Peptides) are manufactured by third-party, FDA-registered facilities and distributed under the HPAlive brand. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

5. 90-Day Accountability Program

The 90-Day Accountability Program is a fully asynchronous coaching and accountability program. It includes:

  • A personalized supplement protocol

  • Access to the HPAlive WhatsApp accountability community

  • Weekly SMS/voice check-ins (automated and coach-reviewed)

  • Three months of supplements included in enrollment

  • A custom 90-day action plan

This program does not include live video calls, real-time one-on-one sessions, or medical supervision. Program access begins upon receipt of your intake form and confirmation from HPAlive.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on your consistent participation and effort. HPAlive makes no guarantee of specific health, fitness, or weight outcomes.


6. KICKSTART 30-Day System

The KICKSTART 30-Day System is a mid-tier entry program designed to bridge front-end supplement purchases to the 90-Day Program. Details and pricing are provided at time of offer.


7. Order Fulfillment

Supplement orders are fulfilled on demand by Supliful, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days. Shipping estimates are 5–10 business days for domestic orders. International shipping availability and timelines vary. HPAlive is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.hpalive.shop — including brand name, logos, product names (FOUNDATION, RESTORE, BUILD, GLOW), copy, images, and program materials — is the intellectual property of HPAlive. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.


9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Reproduce or resell our program content or supplement formulas

  • Submit false or fraudulent orders

  • Impersonate HPAlive or its representatives


10. Disclaimer of Warranties

HPAlive provides its products and services "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, that products will meet your specific health goals, or that program results will be achieved within any timeframe.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HPAlive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service at issue.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith communication with HPAlive at info@hpalive.shop before escalating to formal dispute resolution.


13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to www.hpalive.shop. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
