Refund policy

Overview

At HPAlive, we stand behind our products and programs. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from us. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.


Supplement Products — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any HPAlive supplement product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will provide a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund:

  • Email info@hpalive.shop with your order number and reason for the return

  • We will respond within 2 business days with instructions

  • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note:

  • You do not need to return the product to receive a refund on your first order

  • Subsequent refund requests on the same product type may require return of the unused portion

  • We cannot refund orders that have been lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours


90-Day Accountability Program — Refund Terms

Because the 90-Day Accountability Program includes significant personalization work, supplement shipment, and access to proprietary program materials upon enrollment, the following refund schedule applies:

Before program intake is complete: Full refund available if requested within 72 hours of purchase and before your intake form has been submitted.

Days 1–14 of active program: A prorated refund of 50% of the program fee is available if you request cancellation in writing within the first 14 days of program start and have not yet received supplements.

After Day 14 or after supplements have shipped: No refund is available. Once the program is in progress and physical goods have been shipped, the transaction is considered complete.

To request a program refund, email info@hpalive.shop with your name, enrollment date, and reason for cancellation within the applicable window.


KICKSTART 30-Day System — Refund Terms

KICKSTART refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not yet accessed the program materials. Once digital materials have been delivered, no refund is available. Supplement components included in KICKSTART follow the same supplement return policy above.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, email info@hpalive.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund at our discretion.


Chargebacks

We take chargebacks seriously and respond to all disputes with documentation. If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at info@hpalive.shop before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
