Shipping policy

Overview

HPAlive supplement products are fulfilled on demand through Supliful, our print-on-demand manufacturing and fulfillment partner. Because each order is produced specifically for you, processing times differ from standard warehouse fulfillment. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All supplement orders require a production and processing period before shipment. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the fulfillment facility.

HPAlive products are made to order. This means there is no warehouse stock — your product is produced fresh after your purchase, which ensures quality and reduces waste.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available at checkout)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be displayed at checkout or communicated via email.


International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination country and is subject to Supliful's carrier network. Where available, estimated delivery times are 10–21 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

Important notes for international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product price or shipping cost.

  • HPAlive is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

  • If your country is not listed as a shipping destination at checkout, email info@hpalive.shop and we will confirm availability.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the selected shipping method. The carrier is assigned by Supliful at the time of fulfillment. Carrier-specific tracking links will be included in your shipping confirmation email.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have not received a tracking email within 10 business days of your order, contact us at info@hpalive.shop with your order number.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. HPAlive and Supliful are not responsible for orders lost, delayed, or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate address provided at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@hpalive.shop. We can update your address if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or any safe drop locations at your address

  • Allow 2 additional business days — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely

  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number

  • If the package is confirmed lost after these steps, contact us at info@hpalive.shop and we will work with Supliful to investigate and, where applicable, reship or refund your order

HPAlive is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email info@hpalive.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.


90-Day Program — Supplement Shipment

For customers enrolled in the 90-Day Accountability Program, supplements are shipped as part of your enrollment package. Supplement shipment is initiated after your intake form is completed and your custom protocol is confirmed. Estimated processing and delivery timelines follow the same schedule as standard supplement orders.
