Cancellation policy

Overview
This policy governs the cancellation of any purchase option offered on www.hpalive.shop that involves recurring billing, installment payments, deferred delivery, or enrollment in a structured program. This policy applies alongside — and does not replace — our Refund Policy.
Supplement Subscriptions (If Offered)
HPAlive may offer subscribe-and-save or recurring supplement subscription options. If you purchase a supplement subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle

To cancel, log into your account at www.hpalive.shop and manage your subscription under "My Account," or email info@hpalive.shop with your order number and the subject line "Subscription Cancellation"

Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing cycle if it has already been processed

Any subscription order already submitted to fulfillment cannot be cancelled; the Refund Policy applies to that shipment
If you have difficulty cancelling through your account, email info@hpalive.shop at least 48 hours before your renewal date and we will process the cancellation manually within 1 business day.
90-Day Accountability Program — Payment Plans
If a payment plan option is made available for the 90-Day Accountability Program, the following cancellation terms apply:
Before program start (within 72 hours of first payment): Full cancellation available. All payments collected will be refunded. Future scheduled payments will be cancelled.
Days 1–14 of active program (before supplements ship): Cancellation available with a 50% refund of total payments collected. Remaining scheduled payments are cancelled.
After Day 14 or after supplements have shipped: The program is considered active and in delivery. Cancellation of future payments is not available — all remaining installments remain due and will be charged per the agreed schedule.
Failure to pay any installment after Day 14 will result in suspension of program access until the outstanding balance is resolved. Repeated non-payment may result in account termination without refund of prior payments.
To request a cancellation under an eligible window, email info@hpalive.shop with your name, enrollment date, and payment plan details.
KICKSTART 30-Day System — Cancellation
If KICKSTART is offered on a payment plan:

Cancellation within 14 days of first payment and before program materials are accessed: Full refund of all payments collected; future payments cancelled

After program materials are delivered or after 14 days: No cancellation of future payments. Full balance remains due
Free Trial or Promotional Enrollment (If Offered)
If HPAlive offers a free trial or discounted introductory period for any program or subscription:

You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the full rate

Cancellation instructions will be included in your trial confirmation email

If you do not cancel before the trial end date, you authorize HPAlive to charge your payment method the standard rate for the applicable product or program
How to Cancel
To cancel any purchase option, subscription, or payment plan:

Include: your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, and the product or program you are cancelling

Response time: within 2 business days
Cancellation requests are processed in the order received. A confirmation email will be sent once your cancellation has been processed. Keep this confirmation for your records.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting HPAlive is a violation of this policy. If you have a billing concern, contact us at info@hpalive.shop. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue within 5 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to collections for any outstanding balance.
Policy Updates
HPAlive reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes apply only to new purchases made after the updated effective date. Existing subscriptions and payment plans are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
